Tom commenced his career working extensively in the area of litigation.  He gained broad experience in all facets of personal injury litigation working for the GIO and for both insurance firms and plaintiff firms in Sydney.  In around 1994 he commenced working in the Penrith area continuing the focus on litigation.  In 1995 he commenced working in a general practice in the Penrith area where he remained up until 2001.  Experience gained in this time included general litigation, commercial matters, property and conveyancing, and wills and estates.

From 2001 to date Tom has practised in St Marys, Sydney.  He has in that time gained solid experience in the following areas:

1. Commercial matters, including commercial conveyancing, the purchase and sale of businesses and leasing;
   
2. General litigation including Supreme Court litigation, Family Court matters and police matters;
   
3. Wills and probate matters; and
   
4. Property and conveyancing matters.
